who is interested in 3-6 months contract work (based in Atlanta with some of the work being done in Montgomery). There is the potential for it to turn into a permanent position. The work is taking care of real estate litigation matters (representing lender in commercial workouts and foreclosures). Client is looking for an experienced person who can jump right in, work with the firm to figure out the status of the matters and then tend to them until complete.
